Orders
You add items to your cart and place an order through the site. Once we receive your order, our staff will contact you by phone or Messenger to confirm it.
Pricing & payment
Prices on the site include VAT. Business customers who need a VAT invoice should enter their company name and registration number when placing the order. Payment is made via QPay.
Delivery
Within Ulaanbaatar, delivery takes 1–2 business days. For rural areas and mine sites we ship via transport/courier companies; timing and cost are agreed when the order is confirmed.
Returns & exchanges
Unused items in their original, intact packaging may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs arising from a customer’s incorrect selection are borne by the customer. For damaged or incorrectly shipped items, we cover the cost. Special-order items are non-returnable.
Quality warranty
Filters are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, use on an incompatible model, or contamination/wear. If you need to preserve the equipment manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty, we recommend choosing a filter approved for that brand.
About cross-reference numbers
The cross-reference numbers in the catalog (CAT, MANN, Fleetguard, etc.) are reference information for compatibility; please confirm the final match against your own equipment’s number. If in doubt, contact us.
